    I sent you a request, and I'm here if you need support. I started with needing to lose 100 lbs, and I'm proud to say I've lost 30 so far! :-) The great thing is once you get started, it feels so easy, like you crave to be better at it every day. I feel so good about myself, and my goal is still a good bit away! Best of luck!
