I am thinking about doing that just because I gained weight this year but I have xc in august so I am heavily thinking of investing

    I lost about 16 pounds and 13 inches from it. Now that I have joined MFP and see what the calories of it were and what I am eating now, I could have easily done it without the expensive shake mix with who knows what in the ingredients.

    Don't waste your money.

    Maintain a caloric deficit, exercise, profit.
