Hi everyone, Im diabetic, so Im looking for ideas of what to eat and add them to my plan. Im not sure how many carbs Im supposed to eat. Heres hoping for success tor everyone

Talk to your doctor about your carbs and weight loss goals . It could depend on the type of diabetes, what medication your taking, how much you exercise, etc.
My wife has diabetes and has kept in control by always counting her carbs. It's not easy for her, but she's persistent.
