Stick with it! I try to do it everyday, but on Tues and Thurs I work from 8am-9pm and lets just say I'm not a get up and work out in the morning type of person. I've been doing level 3 for 3 or 4 days and it's the BEST 20 min work out ever.
I love how short it is but you still feel like you've done so much. Keep us posted, I need some inspiration to keep going!0 -
I just started today too! Way to go on finishing day 1, it was no walk in the park... We can do this! The results will be SO worth it.0
