Not loosin weight...

Hello I'm 21 and only 5'1. About three years ago I weighed around 55kgs-60kgs and all of a sudden I gained about 10-15kgs. It happened so fast! I now weigh around 75kgs and nothing I do seems to change that. I eat a very strict diet, lots of clean eating. My partners lost 3kgs since we have really watched our eating and Iv lost nothing, the past 5 -6 months Iv started going to the gym I do a hour of cardio 4-5 days a week burning at least 550 calories each time. With all these efforts I haven't lost a single kilo or any Cms off my weight! I'm so disheartened and just feel like quitting because nothing I do seems to work. I went from a size 10 to a size 16 and its really effected my life. Iv got my thyroid checked twice and it's fine! Only thing I can think of is I started taking yaz contraceptive pill around 3years aswell..is it possible for me to gain weight and not loose it even tho I'm excersizing like mad lady?
My sister started taking it and with in a month she gained a dress size. I'm going to my doctor and asking to maybe try another pill because I can't think of any other reason why this would happen. With my diet and exercise I should of lost this weight already . Had this happened to anyone else?

Are you counting your calories? How many are you eating in a day?? Maybe you aren't eating enough for the amount of exercise you are doing??0

Yup Iv been doing that and sticking to what my app is telling me0

If you are counting calories then I would take a look at the pill,I know I gained weight when I took it first,another contraceptive might suit you better,its worth looking at! best of luck!!0

Doesn't prove anything but a friend was on that yaz stuff and she ballooned up 20lb in a few months while trying to lose weight. She went off it and continued eating at a deficit + working out and lost the weight.0

I've tried to lose weight, but I end up gaining another pound or two. I've only been on this program for a week, but I'm not seeing any results. I know I need to cut down on some stuff and count calories, but does anybody have any advice for losing weight and keeping it off?0
