Physical Exercise Supplements

Are there any physical (by which I mean something you wear or use constantly) items or equipment that can help you lose more weight during a workout like running, sit-ups, and push-ups. I don't know if there is such a thing but I am looking for something that will say for example make a 1.5 run equaling 150 calories burned turn into a 1.5 run equaling 250 or more calories burned. Does anything like that exist and is safe for the body?

Only thing I can think of is to add weight in the form of ankle/wrist weights or a back pabk with soem weight in it. But I have no idea.0

I read that ankle/wrist weights are bad because of the chemicals in them. The backpack idea sounds good though but I have to find out how much weight would be need to allow me to burn 100 more calories in a workout.0

Soak your shoes in soda pop so they get sticky. Mountain Dew is best.0

They sell weighted vests for this purpose.0
