Place in the bottom of a slow cooker (crockpot) 2 sliced apples, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1 tsp. cinnamon, pinch of salt. Pour on top 2 cups of dry oatmeal, 2 cups milk (I used 1%) & 2 cups water. DO NOT STIR. Cook overnight for 8-9 hours on low. Enjoy breakfast without any fuss! Makes 4-5 servings @ 282-226 calories per serving.

OoOooh...this sounds good!! I've been eating fiber bars for breakfast (which are easy since I'm not a morning person). lol Thanks!0

This recipe was absolutely awful. I saw it on Pinterest and tried it a few months ago. It was nothing but mush. Don't waste your time0
