    3 days lifting, 2 days golfing, 2 days running or something similar. There are no rest days!

    I don't, yet. I want, better yet need to, but I have to wait until I find a job because most gyms don't accept your soul as payment. Neither do sporting goods stores.

    I aim for 2-3, with a day or two of HIIT and some jogging sprinkled in too (much more often with the nice weather)

    Only 3 days lifting per week, but I'm 53 years old. Also, spin 2 or 3 times a week and try and play a round of golf.

    Used to do 5 days lifting, one day active rest.

    On Wendler now (bulking), 4 days lifting with cardio once or twice a week on lifting days.
