    5 days lifting, 1 day hard cardio, 1 day total rest

    5 or 6 days per week, but I alternate parts of the body.

    Used to do 5 days lifting, one day active rest.

    On Wendler now (bulking), 4 days lifting with cardio once or twice a week on lifting days.
