hi all
i'm 25
i have problem that when i lose some weight , i return to eat and gain weight
i want to lose 10 kilo
every time i lose 3 to 4 kilo and then i eat again and gain weight

    I think it helps to set youself little goals.

    My first goal was to be a size 12 i smashed that and still wasn't happy now it's to be a size 10. When i reach these goals i get to go shopping for new smaller clothes which is much more fun than when i needed to go shopping for new bigger clothes.

    Smaller goals are go to the gym atleast 3 times a week, if i manage this then i can have a frozen yogurt or a snack bag of chocolate because lets face it i've went to the gym all week it won't effect my weightloss.

    You have a similar amount to lose as i did, i started in march altho i'm new to myfitnesspal, i think going into it aware that it's not a quick fix helps i lost 6lb in my first week then 1-2lb every week after with only one gain. The best motivation is results.

    instead of eating again, lift some weights! Measure your inches lost! Drink a huge glass of water! Go for a walk!

    I quit paying attention to the scale when I discovered a total of 8 inches lost over a 7 week period even though I never lost a pound.
