Squats, lunges and step ups using 10 lb weights. I also started taking kickboxing once a week between picture 2-3.0

I think the main thing for my tummy was the cardio. Every time I'd run or do Kickboxing I felt it jiggle and I figured it was jiggling the fat away. I haven't done a single crunch up until 3 days ago. I think the kickboxing made the difference in my mommy pouch though.0 -
