Hi everyone,
I am currently doing the stronglifts program and im almost done with the first 12 week cycle. I am starting get tired of the program and same moves and am looking to switch up my routine so my body keeps improving. I have the NROL4W book and am thinking of switching to this program when I finish stronglifts but don't know where to start. Should I start at the very beginning or skip the first stage since I have some experience already? Are there any other programs that people would also recommend to do after stronglifts?

You don't need to do the beginner stage but be sure to read up and maybe even watch some videos on how to perform any new exercises that are introduced. I have the first version of NROL so I assume the women's one is similar.0

Definitely. Just because you're strong from doing Stronglifts doesn't mean you can do every lift with perfect form the first time.
12 weeks of Stronglifts is pretty far along. I would start at Stage 2 of NROL4W and if it seems too easy, skip forward a few weeks.
Congratulations on getting going on your strength program! I assume you've seen some good results already.0 -
I definitely want to make sure I am doing the moves right, and I think I will start in stage 2. I have had so much progress with stronglifts getting stronger and feeling great but I am ready for something different.0
