Clearly music for me makes all the difference between a good workout and a great workout, especially for cardio...
Usually there is one particular song(s) that gets you to dig deep, get the adrenaline going, and feel the burn...
Mine is definately More (RedOne Jimmy Joker Remix) by Usher... I can't not move when I hear that song...
What's yours? I'm hoping to find some great new tunes to add to my playlist. (And I highly recommend Sony Connect Music Service which is what I use for all my workouts!)

Music doesn't "Move me"...what "moves me" is when people take responsibility for their own situations, quit blaming society or their environment, and start to initiate change.
That moves the hell out of me!0 -

I second David Guetta. Another one by him that is fantastic is She Wolf (falling to pieces) feat Sia as well.
What I just do is put on Pandora to my dance music station. (Lasgo is the artist I chose to start it off) I really like a lot of those songs. Like when "Look at me now by Dj Jessy" comes on I like to put a bit more effort into my weights. Sure the song is about post break up but the main lyrics are "look at me now I'm stronger than before". I mean it's true, each day I am stronger than before. So I like that.0 -
My method is pretty odd, as I personally find music to be distracting during workouts. I imagine that someone has just strangled my dog to death...or poisoned her with rat poison. Or I think about someone taking a baseball bat to my mom's face. I think about these things for a good 10 minutes while I'm warming up...then I somehow convince myself that the rage should be channeled into achieving my PRs.
In real life, if any of these things were to happen, I doubt I'd have the motivation to get to the gym.0
