Hit a goal today!!

Hi all!

It's a small goal that I reached, but I am still excited! I have been using MFP to track my foods and walking 2 miles a night in 30 minutes.

I started this 7 weeks ago and as of today I am down 10.6 pounds. I wish it was more, but I know that slow and steady wins the race!

10 pounds was my 8 week goal, and I reached it early, so I am happy. My next goal is 8 pounds as this will finally put my weight under 200 pounds at 199.

I am 5'3"
SW: 217.6
Goal 1 - now 207
Goal 2 - 8 pounds

Final goal weight: 145 (for now, maybe it will be less!)

Just needed to brag a little, I feel happy!
