    Thank you so much for posting your progress. This is absolutely fantastic and truly inspirational! I hope you don't mind, but I will be using your last note as a slogan to help me reach success like yours. You should be so incredibly proud of yourself for sticking with it and hitting each smaller goal along the way. I have no doubt that in another 500 days you'll be posting again to show us what 150 pounds looks like.
