    you look great! I must ask since my arms are def. my problem area, what did you do to slim them down?

    Thanks! Just losing the weight helped, but strength training made a huge difference.

    There is some awesome progress on here, but I love this.....shows that progress comes in all shapes an sizes, and isnt always about a loss. Well done!

    my before and after.... Still not comfortable using the word "HOT" when i reference myself.... Still learing i don't look the same now. and learing to deal with all the attention I get now.... Strange how diffrently you get treated...
