You need to switch to the other hand occasionally.
Also genetics has something to do with this as well. Alternate between the bar and dumbbells and you should be fine. I wouldn't worry about it. Definitely change hands though.0 -

This thread is full of fail for the following reasons:
1. You complain of muscle imbalance yet provide no picture for an unbiased observer to verify.0 -

First off, it was a joke. Secondly, it wasn't said to insult your religion. How would he know you were Muslim? And lastly, there is nothing wrong with *kitten*. I think it helps some people unwind and be a little less uptight in my opinion.0 -

Because it would help to know if this is a case of body dysmorphia or not. Too msny people complain about something being uneven or bulky and it turns out its just in their head.0 -

The rest of the world might be a better place if people choked one out every now and then..... no wonder there are so many angry people out there. As for your original Q?, try isolating the muscle by doing exercises that specifically target the areas you are concerned about.0

You get angry quick. Use that to fuel your workouts.0

It can be weakness in one side compared to the other, imbalanced posture, genetics or anything. I know you're focussed on BB so it's an issue you need to take care of though. What muscle groups are you having issues with?
Edit; just saw it was chest. Try and use a barbell to see if one side is overcompensating for the other.0 -
Use a heavier weight on the smaller side.0
-
even if you're using dumbbells you could be compensating for the weaker pec by using your arms or back more. Focus on feeling the muscle contraction evenly in both pecs. If you concentrate and focus on it you can feel the muscles working. You may have to lower the weight too to one that is suitable for your weaker pec. form > weight0

Bah, women have been dealing with one boob being smaller than the other since puberty, guys should have to deal with this too. 'Tis a normal thing.0

This is very true ^^^ lol0 -
It depends on if you are right-handed or left-handed. Women's breasts are generally uneven also for this reason. Maybe you could do more set with the right-side if it really bothers you.0

It's a cultural difference. Respect it, don't go after him for it. Can we please not be Those People?0
