A public Vow...

I totally have to do this so I will feel guilty if you guys see me not exercising, but I am publicly vowing that I will try my absolute hardest to do SOME sort of exercise at least 3 days a week....whether that be walking my dog, swimming, elliptical, or even just stregnth training on my ball. Who's with me???

    I just started doing exercises 3 times a week last week. I've been doing a Kettlebell workout for 30 minutes so I'm in.

    yay! Glad I have some of you on board!! I am going to start next week...my dad is on vacation this week and I can't work out in front of him, it's too weird

    I'm in too.... was at the gym 5 days out of 7 last week (and other exercise the other days) and want to try to get a similar figure this week.

    Count me in too....I vow to get my butt back to Curves 3 days/wk (I am in school, even for summer semester, so that is all I can commit to for now).....but I will also try to walk on my school days!!

    I wish I could bring myself to go to the gym....I would rather just work at home for free until i get comfotable enough to work out in front of others.

    So far o good....did 10 mins cardio until i thought my calves were going to burn right out of my skin, then did 20 mins yoga...feel great! How is everyone else doing?

    I am currently experiencing my 2nd plateau...so I'm vowing to work out at least 5 days a week....just to try and break it!

    have you tried increasing your calories on like 3 days out of the week? i hear some people switch up their calories to get out of the plateau...either way, good luck to you and thanks for the faith in me haha....I just truly hate working out, so I literally have to push myself to getup and do it
