A public Vow...

I totally have to do this so I will feel guilty if you guys see me not exercising, but I am publicly vowing that I will try my absolute hardest to do SOME sort of exercise at least 3 days a week....whether that be walking my dog, swimming, elliptical, or even just stregnth training on my ball. Who's with me???

I just started doing exercises 3 times a week last week. I've been doing a Kettlebell workout for 30 minutes so I'm in.0

Count me in too....I vow to get my butt back to Curves 3 days/wk (I am in school, even for summer semester, so that is all I can commit to for now).....but I will also try to walk on my school days!!0

I wish I could bring myself to go to the gym....I would rather just work at home for free until i get comfotable enough to work out in front of others.0

So far o good....did 10 mins cardio until i thought my calves were going to burn right out of my skin, then did 20 mins yoga...feel great! How is everyone else doing?0

I am currently experiencing my 2nd plateau...so I'm vowing to work out at least 5 days a week....just to try and break it!
