I buy ground. I use it in smoothies and in oatmeal or in yogurt0

I buy it whole and keep it in the freezer, then grind what I need for a few days and keep it in my lunch box. I add it to my yogurt and sprinkle it on salads and inside my turkey wraps. It doesn't have much of a flavor so you can put it in just about anything.0

I buy it whole and store it in glass jars in the freezer. I only grind what I will use in a week. I use it in so many things. I make crackers with it, add it to oatmeal, smoothies, sauces, soups, into homemade burgers/meatballs, add it when I make bread/tortillas/buns, etc.0

I buy it ground with blueberries from Trader Joes. I only put it in oatmeal.0
