I have just done level 1 of the 30DS and then a kettlebell dvd workout for 25mins so am feeling very proud of myself. Bet I will be sore tomorrow...:)

Ah thank you. I have done 30DS by itself before (just level 1 at the minute) and although it is hard, I kind of always feel like I want to do more (or NEED to do more ha ha!)0

Great job! And yes, you will be SORE! Tonight I am starting Level 3 of 30DS and pretty scared of it... I was incredibly sore after the first few days of levels 1 and 2 so I know that's going to be the case again. But I'm noticing such a huge difference in my endurance and I've already gone down a size in my dress pants. My jeans are loose too It's so worth it. I'm probably going to do her newer Ripped in 30 program after.0

That sounds great, at least you have made it through levels 1 and 2 so am sure you can make it through level 3 as well! I don't have the Ripped DVD, may get it after I have completed all of the 30DS. I only bought the kettlebell on Monday in my lunch break at work and had to walk down the street with it back to the office. I got back to work and got in the lift and some guy took the mick out of me for buying the kettlebell and then taking the lift (I'm in the UK otherwise I'd say elevator:) Think I will be taking the lift tomorrow after the workout I've just had!!!0

Thanks! haha that guy didn't know you had already basically done a workout just from the store to your office. I've noticed though that when I'm super sore, especially my legs, that it actually helps to take the stairs and walk because it loosens you up. The more I sit, the more I tighten up and hurt.0 -
Yeah I see what you mean - taking the stairs probably would help to loosen up a bit. I'll try that tomorrow and see how it goes. Especially as I basically sit at my desk all day!0

I did the first day of level 1 Sunday and just now am being able to move easily Im gonna give it another go tonight and Im really hoping im not as sore because I have to walk all day at work and that makes for long days!!0
