Orange juice

I love orange juice but when I look at the ratio of carbs/sugar to calories - it almost doesn't seem worth it.

Do you have a medical reason to monitor your sugar intake? No? Cool, don't worry about it. Drink your OJ.

Orange juice is the only thing I drink these days other than water, I can't seem to go without it. I've never been a coffee drinker and can't eat a breakfast without orange juice. l limit it to 8-10 oz a morning, then the rest of the day it's water.

I put orange slices in my water. No added sugar and my tastebuds think I'm having OJ.

Have you tried switching brands. The database on here can help you find a lower calorie, carb, sugared orange juice. That and checking the product label to make sure the amounts listen in the database are correct.

well it is just sugars (which are carbs) in terms of calories. Eat the fruit instead. Same ratios but more fiber and you'll eat less.

Dr Lustig would be happy and your liver might appreciate it.
