    I don't actually know starting or current weight (the one on my profile's a guestimate), so I'll do it by clothes size:

    Age: 21
    Height: 5'4
    Starting size: UK 16 (they're now getting kinda baggy)
    Goal size: UK 12 (and depending on how that looks, ultimately a 10)

    I did 30DS last month, and I've just finished the first week of Ripped in 30.
