Looking for some people to friend, active ones ! I am not new to MFP, but newly committed to using it ! First time I have used the message boards too, so hello everyone !
About me:
5'5
HW: 230 - is my guess
Currently weigh 195lbs (I am told I carry my weight well)... looking to get to 150, however I am less concerned with the weight on the scale and more interested in my measurements, BF%, and gaining muscle. Currently eating clean 90% of the time with a few exceptions here and there and every now and again haha. My exercise routine at this point is mainly cardiovascular; interval running this month. My brother is a successful personal trainer and is helping me by coaching me with a few things.
I work as a RN, with a Day/Night shift rotation which makes life a lot more challenging, especially eating, exercising and sleeping.. so it's something I am always juggling and may contribute to my activity on here.

Hi! I'm also new here, and we seem to have a lot in common so I will add you! I just graduated nursing school (haven't started working yet though), and have similar goals, so I'll be interested to hear your progress. best of luck!0
