Recommended Documentaries

Hey everyone!
I'm in the mood for a health/diet/lifestyle/whatever documentary tonight. I'm up for either something you found informative, or maybe even ones you vehemently disagree with. I like to see the different sides of these sorts of topics.

"I want to look like that guy"

Documentary of one man's journey from regular guy (30% body fat) to bodybuilder and what it takes to get there. I like how it makes it clear that those that go to the elite levels of BB-ing are not to be confused with "the picture of health". They are anything but. They, like other elite athletes, are willing to compromise their health for the love of the sport, or love of competition, etc.

It can be viewed here: https://player.vimeo.com/video/5792351

I also loved Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead. Fun fact: I actually had Chronic Uticaria until I went veg. (and I'm not saying anyone else has to do that, it's just that concentrating on plant foods is what helped me)

I would love to add juicing into my diet. One thing at a time though! Juicers ain't cheap, either.

^ I found this one incredibly interesting and Im gad someones suggested it.

From a food environment point a view, watch Botany of Desire. I especially liked the segment on apples and the changes they have gone through the last couple centuries.
