    Hello - I am close to you, heavier but within reach :-)

    Here are my stats (which I have never posted publicly or said out loud to anyone!):

    Height 5'4"
    Age 53
    SW 320
    CW 284

    I have a series of goals...
    short term - 250 by Thanksgiving (4th Thurs in Nov, not sure if you are from the US)
    longer term - 220 by 14 Feb (that would be 100 lbs!)
    final goal - 185 (when I had a rockin' body) whenever....preferably by 30 Jun 2014, just in time for the summer

    I love to post daily and hope you do to so we can be "twins". BTW I work full time.
