for june i am doing the squat and arm challenges! as they are quick and easy to do!

I don't know about anyone else, but I can feel my ab muscles getting stronger! At first I had to split them into sets of 15, maybe 20, and now I can do sets of 25 or 30. Yay!0 -

This is different from the crunch challenge I am doing this month... the one I'm doing just gets progressively higher in # of crunches per day.
I think I will try this one in July though!0 -
