I'm aiming to lose, like 4-5 kg every month. But during the weekends I've got gathering and other events. (I've been controlling what I eat during those events too) Is there any recipes or meals that could help me during weekdays ? :flowerforyou:

I struggle with this so much. Constant events, birthdays and guests arriving leave me so off track. I think the key is to eat less beforehand so you can enjoy yourself ( a bit). Now all I need to do is take my own advice.

I do walk for an hour or more for 2-3 days a week. I don't consume carbo for dinner but there isn't any difference in my weight for 2 months :noway:

Are you drinking a lot ? How about your sugar intake and keeping hydrated ?

Unfortunately, walking for an hour a few times a week doesn't burn off a large amount of calories. Also, calories from carbs are no different from calories from protein or fat in terms of weight loss/gain.
