Body fat loss!

Two months ago I started working out once a week with a trainer and at the beginning of the first session he did body composition measurements. In that fist month, I gained 3 lbs. A little over a month ago I started tracking on mfp and have lost 6 lbs so far. Last night the trainer re-did the body comp and my body fat dropped 6%!!! And I also gained quite a bit of lean tissue - I think 9 lbs.

I still have a long ways to go, but I am very happy with my progress!
