Just had a baby - anyone?

Hi everyone,
Have just joined and am starting tomorrow. I'm wondering if anyone else on here has recently had a baby and looking to shed some baby weight? My little one is 11 weeks today and I'm thinking it's about time I stop using the "I've just had a baby" line and did something about my pregnancy weight! I'm breastfeeding, not to mention sleep deprived so don't want to go too mad but hoping that I can shift a bit before our first family holiday at the beginning of September.
So, if anyone is/has beenin a similar position, any tips and also if anyone would like to buddy up that would be fantastic.
Looking forward to hearing from you

Congrats on your little one! I just had my first back in February and I'm working on shedding the baby weight too. This might sound really silly, but one thing that helped me get back into thinking about getting fit was juicing and smoothies for meals. Trying to feed the baby is tiring enough, but trying to feed myself on top of it was wearing me out. This way I can drink my meals and still feed her. Like I said maybe a bit weird, but worked for me. Feel free to add me. I'd love the support and motivation as well.
Best of luck!0 -
I used the "ive just had a baby" line for like 8 months lol, I lost, then gained more weight than when I was pregnant. It's absolutely doable, but so hard at the beginning, I guess it's getting past excuses and getting up and actually doing something about it Good luck, it's awesome that you've made the first step to try and get healthy0
