Hello to all.
This is my first day here. Not my first time wanting to loose a few unwanted pounds.
The first time was a couple of years ago , I weighed 165 lbs on my 5'2" frame , size 12-14. I was able to get down to 124 lbs (size 6) with the help of a trainer, and diet. motivation.
Since have gotten re-married ( no kids in furture) but have been very LAZY and full of excuses why I shouldnt go to the gym. I sit here weighing 130. I fluctuate during PMS time.
I am making myself go. no matter what. I would like to compete in the Oct. 2008 musclebeach .
I CAN DO IT!!!!! ok, we shall see

Welcome. This is my first time also. Not my first time wanting to loose weight. I am at where you were a few years ago. About 160 and five feet. I have exercised quite a bit in the past, I sprained my ankle in August running and have since then been in limbo, I exercise here and there, but not nearly enough. Too many todies this summer. We have a gym in our office and I just purchased a spin bike to add to my equipment at home. I am committed to getting motivated again. I feel a lot better when I am.0
