High Calorie Healthy Foods?

I need some ideas on some high calorie foods that are healthy for me. My daily goal is about 1200 but I can barely make it to 1000 on a normal day and on top of that I am doing P90X so burning calories also. I am full feeling all the time so I don't want to eat anything else but apparently I need alot more calories. Any suggestions on what foods to eat to help me reach the goal with out having to eat alot more food. BTW I just started my workout program again on June 1st. I have been pretty lazy for the last 6 months and gained about 10lbs

How do people have a hard time reaching 1000 calories? I dont get it. Nuts are high in calories, even a couple handfuls will get you to 1400 easily

Saute or roast your veggies in some olive oil...good heart healthy fats and about 120 calories per Tbsp. Have some nuts...1 little tiny ounce has about 160 calories; nuts are extremely nutrient dense and healthy. Avocado is an awesome source of nutrition and calorie dense. Eat some eggs for breakfast. Have a glass of milk or two. Eat some cheese. Incorporate some whole grains.

"Healthy" foods are more than just veg and fruit...you need your fats and protein as well for proper nutrition. Without them, you are malnourished.

Ice cream and pasta are perfectly healthy foods....in controlled portions. You're losing weight...not torturing yourself, right?
