I want to get into Cross fit. The closest Cross fit Place we have is an hour away
Yesterday I went outside and flipped tires and picked up rocks and held them over
my head and then did stuff like kettle balls lol. I lifted the old tracks to a escavator
while doing squats...but I was wondering if ya'll had any other ideas.

You can Google "crossfit benchmark wods" and find a lot of the standard Crossfit workouts. And the good thing is you don't need any special equipment, for example with "Angie" or "Chelsea" you just need a place to do pull ups, sit ups, air squats, and pushups. Hope this helps, I enjoy using these from time to time.0

If you have a smart phone, there are free apps that contain all the WODs. You can choose which you want to do or some (paid) have a feature that'll let you tell it what equipment you have at hand and it'll throw you a WOD using those materials. They also have journal features where you can keep track of your PRs and completion times. Some even let you design your own WOD. I use both XLog and WODBox.0
