Does eating after exercise prevent weight loss?

After a 30min swim I usually have a small fruit like maybe a few strawberries, a plum, maybe an apple, that sort of thing. Does this prevent weight loss? I swim for 30min a day to lose weight but does this defeat my goals?

Eating a fruit after exercise does not prevent weight loss. As a side note, please work with your parents to get help.0

Only if it puts you in a calories surplus. Calorie surplus = gaining weight. Calorie deficit = losing weight.0
