I'm addicted to bad food!

I know how to create healthy foods and do so for my husband and kids, but I sneak to fast food at least once a week and hide the evidence and I snack on junk foods at work. I know that I am running 15 plus miles a week and use that as a pass to eat crap. I crave crap foods! I'm staring at the carrots, green pepper and cucumber that I packed for a snack and I'm wishing it would turn into potato chips or chocolate or french fries.... UGGHHHHHHHHH Vent over****

    Stop labeling foods as good or bad and just eat things you like, if it's less nutrient dense try and have it in moderation, problem solved
