Hi everyone, I have recently joined my fitness pal, and joined a gym today :) anyway I have a question, I have my diary at 1200 calories aday, I'm getting breakfast, cereal with fruit, a light lunch, usually a subway salad bowl with a bottle water, and a normal dinner, I'm still having snacks in between meals, usually good for you bar or weight watchers, I'm logging my dr, inks as well, coffee, tea and added my workouts, I'm finding when I complete my diary I usually have around 300 calories left? And I'm not hungry, confusing as I don't want my body to store the fat as it thinks its in starvation mode, any tips or help would be appreciated :) plus I need some friends so feel free to add me on fitness pal, Ann

    Check on other goals besides calories. How is your, iorn, calcium, patassium, vit C, A, etc.? You may not be getting enough essentials. If those numbers are low, even if your not hungry, you should eat.

    Hi and thanks for the add, :). And I'm new to the site, not checked all those out yet, didn't even realise to be honest but will now, so thanks for that, it was rather confusing, :). Wow just looked on there, all are low!! Will they auto add themselves when I've checked into my food diary, sorry for sounding thick,

    I'm usually under on my calorie count to, as long as i hit my protein count and stay under a bit, i think I'm fine.
