I'm still trying to figure all this out....I am looking for a few friends who would not mind being on my support team!!! I'm not really sure how all this works so some info would b appreciated too.

So far I have found this to be an amazing tool. Its pretty simple, really, just enter the foods you eat and the exercise you do each day. The support here is really awesome, and it has helped me to get started on a path I have resisted for far too long. I have 43 lbs to go and it feels great to finally be making some progress, no matter how little it is. Good luck to you!0

how do you add exicise as i cant work it out im a bit drab at adding the food also im not sure how to read the labbles and stuff like i cant seem to find all the things like iorn and calcium thoughs things on labbles n stuff i never looked at labbles in my life so this is a big change0
