Hi I'm 5ft6 currently weight 119 lbs trying to get down to 109 lbs I dance and burn about 500-1000 most days calories ( only count 2/3 of calories mfp tells me) a day I was netting 1200 calories and went down from 123 to 119 in 2 months which is too little now I want to try and up my calories to 1400 but I'm scared because that's means I would have to eat 2500 calories a day isn't that too much for a woman? Did anyone tried this before? Did you gained lost? :-) thank you!!

I've been eating the calories that I've been working off and have lost 7 pounds so far.
(Wish my ticker would update that LOL)

Don't be scared of the total number. The only thing that matters is NET calories. I eat 4000-5000 some days and it doesn't set me back at all. If you're doing the exercise and need the energy then please eat the food/fuel or you're going to run out of gas eventually.
  • Me too :-) but only netting 1200 it would be nice to net 1400-1600 :-p
  • I know it just scared me I ate 1400 yesterday and already seems I Gainesville.300 pounds -:(

You won't gain fat from one day. It'll go in the next couple of days.
  • hope so!! Whoa 9kgs good job!! :-)

It was 12kgs but I've been dealing with some health issues lately so gained a little from stress eating  I'll get back into after this long weekend
