I've run out of cereals and there's nothing in the fridge. Supposed to be going gym in a few hours.
What am I going to eat. All there is is bread

looks like you are having toast! If you have some cheese - you can do some cheese toast and at least get some protein in there0

toast the bread with some cheese on it in the toater oven or regular oven, or make toast and top it with almond or peanut butter, or grab a bit of lunchmeat and fold it up, anyway hope you get a little something healthy in ya before ya get the craves.0

I had just 2 pieces of toast and low fat marg. had a cup of tea too.
Went to gym and felt surprisingly energetic.
Now having a tasty protein fuelled lunch - wholewheat pasta, tuna chunks and some salad. mmmmmm well earned I'd say.0 -
got a banana? better than a power bar before workouts0
