Eeek no proper breakfast food

I've run out of cereals and there's nothing in the fridge. Supposed to be going gym in a few hours.

What am I going to eat. All there is is bread :(

    looks like you are having toast! If you have some cheese - you can do some cheese toast and at least get some protein in there
  • toast the bread with some cheese on it in the toater oven or regular oven, or make toast and top it with almond or peanut butter, or grab a bit of lunchmeat and fold it up, anyway hope you get a little something healthy in ya before ya get the craves.

    I had just 2 pieces of toast and low fat marg. had a cup of tea too.

    Went to gym and felt surprisingly energetic.

    Now having a tasty protein fuelled lunch - wholewheat pasta, tuna chunks and some salad. mmmmmm well earned I'd say.
  • got a banana? better than a power bar before workouts

    Will have, haven't been shopping for over a week. I need to make a proper list. Tonight I shall sit down and work it all out.
