well when I started this site I know for sure I couldn't fit into a shorts that I got over a year ago.

and just for a hell of it I just tried it on and surprisingly it almost fit perfectly. so whatever I am doing it working. lol

I haven't exercise much as I want to but the diet I am doing recently. which is basically fruit and veggies and dinner whatever.
but I am cutting out chips. cookies. cake, pies, ice cream. anything sugar like that.

I am proud of myself..

    Nothing feels better on the body than clothes that used to be too small!!
