Finally got to that stage where weight loss stops and a few pounds creep back on. Trying not to stress about the scale because I'm losing inches and parts of me are feeling more solid by the day, but, boy is it horrible when the scales go back up :(

    keep the faith! guess you have to lower your calorie intake again.

    I'm not going any less than my usual 1200, just going to ride it out and not focus on the number on the scale.
  • I'm at the same basic stage. Nurse yesterday started to tell me to cut back on calories some, and then I showed her the measurements that showed in the same period that I'd stalled out/gained back a couple pounds, I'd lost 2+ inches in the waist and 1.5 in the hips. She then suggested it might just be part of my body resetting itself since I'd been carrying the higher weight around so long, it's now objecting to the fact that I've lost (per the doctor scales) 40 pounds. So...I'll be patient and keep on keeping on.

    losing inches is WAY better than scale weight! ditch the scales and keep measuring!!!
