    Nicely done. You're definitely doing well. I started at about the same weight. Hopefully, I'll catch up sooner rather than later.

    I started out by stepping on the scale and seeing the # 285. I was finally ready to do something about it. I started off walking a few miles everyday. Then I got P90x and did the full program last year. I ran a 5K last July with a time or 30:52. And weighed about 235 at the time. I fell off the wagon last summer and got back to 254 on January 1st 2013. I did Asylum and then P90x again this year and started running. On June first I did my first Tough Mudder near Philadelphia and Right now I am around 207. My next goal is to hit "onederland". :happy: You'll see in the last picture My mohawk for the mudder.
