20 down, 20 to go until my next 'mini goal'

Officially down 20.4 pounds today. Lost 2.6 pounds, which is one of my biggest weekly losses since the very beginning!! I used to follow Weight Watchers, although I was doing well on it, I think MFP is a better plan for me, so far at least. Even better, it's free!! Happy Friday everyone!!

    Forgot to add...another 20 pounds to go until I'm at my lowest weight while on Weight Watchers before 'falling off the wagon' :laugh:

    Excellent! You are halfway to a significant milestone, which must feel great.

    How do you set your "mini-goals"? I use an old WW trick of aiming for losing 10% of my starting weight. Once I accomplish that, I aim for 10% of my new weight, and so on. Done that way, it doesn't seem quite so scary!

    I used to do Weight Watchers and used to do something like that. After this next 20 pounds, I will be 215ish, so my next goal after that is to be below 200...
