No but if you just enter the ingredients on your food page, one by one, guessing at the weight/measurement of each, it will calculate for you (ie. whole wheat flour wrap, spinach (raw or cooked), feta cheese, and whatever else was in your wrap) then you can save it and have for another time if that is a food you eat often.

Yep - that's what I do. Add ingredients one by one!

Great Harvest Bread Co - Spinach Feta

That's in the data base here. It's possible it's close to what you had.

Trying to find correct calories for Broccoli Salad sold in grocery store deli's. The salad I buy has broccoli, raisins, bacon bits, sunflower seeds and a mayo and vinegar dressing. I've been using the one in the database called Mama's broccoli salad but fear I'm getting more calories than that one states.

Another one to try for calorie info is www.calorieking.com. They have a log like this, but it costs to log. However, to look up a food in the database, it doesn't cost a thing. I use it a lot for foods I can't find because it was the one recommended by one of my nutrition instructors at school.

nutritiondata.com is also a good place. You can specify raw or cooked, with sald, without, etc.
