Count calories at basal metabolic rate (looking to lose a few more pounds before upping to maintenance calories). Eat back half my exercise calories, and NO CHEAT DAYS. EVER. Doing cheat days led me into eating disorder land, and though I've found my way out through cognitive behavioral therapy and will power, I do not recommend them. Thank you all so much for your support. It has been so helpful. Feel free to add me.
