All myMFP friends I need some help. My energy levels is in the dirt. I am new to working out eating right this is only my 3rd week. But the last few days I have been so tired with no energy at all. I need to know what to take or eat. What am I doing wrong it's always in the afternoon. Any advice is greatly appreciated. I work out 6 days a week with one rest day and my diary is open.

I do have one more question...I eat pretty healthy and try not to go crazy and go for some fast food. But, I have a lot of calories to eat and most healthy food has very little calories..so would it be okay to eat like a pig and go for a Arby's beef and Cheedar sandwich only or would all my hard work be destored?? I mean it's in my calories..any advice welcomed..

Oh BTW if you do visit my Profile I havent weighed yet so don;t know if I have lost any weight just weighing once a month.

I peeked at your diary,1300 calories is not a lot of calories. Especially if you're working out 6 days a week. I lift 6 days a week, run 3 days a week and I eat no less than 1700 calories. Usually more, especially on leg day :)

You've been eating healthy and working out. Why would you screw that up by eating like a pig at Arby's? If you're looking for someone to approve your binge maybe the next person might...I won't ;)

    If it were me I'd....
    Up my calories
Cut gym time back to 3-4 days a week for a week until your body is used to all the positive changes you're making :)
    Increase my fat intake
    Increase the protein
    Lower the carbs

And tweak it from there :)

You know, my energy levels were terrible for a while too, I didn't think could make it through a day anymore. Then I started taking an iron supplement and BAM. I'm not even anemic, but it did wonders. I've never had so much energy!
