I'm new to this site. I made an account awhile ago but never really used it but I'm going to try to start. I'm not in too bad a shape but I can always be better. It's just tough to log information when I have such a busy schedule. I just finished grad school but I don't start my full time job for a few more weeks so hopefully I'll develop the good habit now.
Also it seems like the majority of the people on this site are female. Is that because guys don't use it as much or they just don't post on the forums as much?

I figure out what I am going to eat the day before and log it in the morning before work. Maybe that will help0
