I don't know how many of you have heard of this new low cal snack item or not but I stumbled upon it at my local Walmart after hearing about it on TV. Its called "Belvita" breakfast biscuits. They come in at least 4 flavors but the ones I have tried are apple cinnamon and chocolate. They're super yummy but thankfully only 230 calories for 1 pack of 4 biscuits which is excellent! They're supposed to fill you up and give you sustained energy thanks to the Vitamin B6 in them. I think they're a great help to give you what you need to not snack all morning and Ive tried it with a non-fat vanilla yogurt to complete the meal.
Just an idea for any of you that are looking for a low cal snack. I'm trying it...gives my sweet tooth what it craves without loading me up with calories so I can still loose weight! Good luck ladies & gentleman!

Thanks for this post...I've been wondering about these and that's a really good amount you get for 230 calories! I have been buying the jello sugar free pudding 60 calories but I need something more and this sounds like what I would enjoy:)0 -
Oh my goodness you'd love the chocolate ones then! They taste like an chocolate cookie to me! You cant eat four of THOSE for 230 calories. You could try it with chocolate or vanilla nonfat yogurt. Ive done that an its delicious! If you find the right nonfat yogurt you could even get both for under 300 calories! :-)0

They've been over here in the UK a while, they're good when you're on the run. My sister in law is a teacher and has them for breakfast, she says they make her quite full x0
