Going there tonight... I'm really good eating out but this place is TOUGH for me. Any ideas what I can eat and stay under 1,000 calories?

Or should I just bag it and enjoy? lol

The last time I was there, I ordered a grilled chicken salad with the low fat or fat free dressing on the side. Check out their website for the nutritional info!!

I've never eaten there so can't tell you from personal experience but here is their nutritional info:

Most chain restaurants post their nutritional info on their websites. If I'm counting calories that day, then I will research before I go and then decide what to order. Some restaurants also have calorie info on their menus. Hope that helps!!
