day 13 and coming down with a cold

just wondering if i should make any adjustments to my routine during a cold? i am happy with the progress, down 12 lbs in two weeks:-) any feedback would be great, thanks.

    Poor baby! Colds are no fun. You might end up continuing to lose during this time--since chicken soups and OJs do not have loads of calories.

    Even if you only lose one pound a week--that is what most of us are doing--you are still losing.
    If you do not lose any--which I doubt--you are taking care of your body and getting the best of the nasty cold virus.

    Health sometimes requires rest phases.

    I would just make sure you're eating healthy food - getting your fruits and vegetables, etc. I also believe in taking a multi-vitamin to help with immunity.

    Continue to drink lots of water/tea!!!!! I would imagine that you might actually lose more weight if you inclination is not to eat as much when you sick; just be sure that you are eating very healthy choices! Hope you feel better!
