updating my pics, have lost about 44# so far........(see couple messages later for actual pics, (THANKS!! to daniface)
Second picture was at heaviest (around 228, or higher) and the first is from our recent Virginia Beach trip (weight then about 184#)...not at my goal yet but felt I needed to update my pics........

Paste the code then change the large IMG to small img, and it will work fine. Do not remove the brackets or change anything else.

The "heavy" picture was taken in DEC....I started just trying to be healthy with eating and exercise since April 2nd and have lost 44#, hope to loose about another 15 (maybe 20).....0 -
