60lbs Lost But now have hit Plateau HELP

I started in January and to date have lost 55lbs, however I have now hit the dreaded plateau. I have been since January eating strictly 1400 calories a week. The last month or so I have really seen my weight loss stall, and have even gained weight even though I am only eating 1400 calories. How do I jump start my diet and push through the plateau? Any and all help is welcomed.

    http://iifym.com/iifym-calculator/ use this if you want to check your TDEE since you've lost the weight have you updated your TDEE? you may be eating above or below. When I plateau. I usually up the calories, but that is because I stick around 1200-1300 so I might increase mine to say 1400 for a couple of days. I eat clean tho, so when I say I am on 1200 - 1300 that is all fruit and veg mostly raw and very rarely processed - i.e. no added chemicals/fillers etc

    I think maybe upping your calories will help. 55lbs is awesome Congrats
